Lord,

sunshine and soil and water and seed,8 y7 N2 v+ P: \9 S# i# I
into food upon which we are soon to feed, % D. U1 l, a7 G) s
we thank you for life and we want to stay well,
6 M* U3 A3 [9 k1 M l0 ?so we promise to rub our hands with Purell.3 [/ f0 _9 H' q0 [
We who came first and are ready to dine! L9 U9 M0 n% l. E2 e. v7 p
thank you that we’re not still waiting in line,
* X( q/ l( w: }/ \6 W8 R6 zbut for those who are hungry and eagerly wait, 7 P" I8 O; ?- `
we shall not be greedy and heap up our plate.

We smell the potatoes all spicy and roasted 9 Z T! ^& W0 [: F
the aroma of casseroles perfectly toasted
